Agri-Management Services looking to hire a Certified General Appraiser

Agri-Management Services & Affiliates is an Iowa based appraisal business with rapid growth opportunities.   We are looking for a team-oriented, motivated Certified General Appraiser who will join our rapidly growing appraisal department.

This successful candidate will work in the Midwest and will be responsible for leading the continuing development of our appraisal team. This team conducts agricultural appraisals including agricultural land and farmsteads, modern livestock facilities, agricultural equipment, and rural acreages and residences.  We are developing a commercial appraisal practice that will become an important part of the appraisal division.  This position may provide supervision to Associate Appraisers as they work toward their Certified General designation.

The ideal candidate will be a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, comfortable working independently and in a team and have a passion to serve customers and the communities in which they live.  Critical skills of a successful candidate will include analytical skills, ability to develop systems and processes, coaching and personnel development skills, a positive attitude and continuous improvement orientation.
