We had another good year of representing sellers and buyers for the sale of agricultural real estate and businesses. This area of our business grew by 102 % in 2023 from 2022, and we sustained this rapid growth in 2024.
A few other highlights:
- Over 91 transactions completed in 2024
- Sales primarily in Iowa, but a total of 6 different states
- Varying property types that included but not limited to farmland, recreational properties, swine facilities, livestock, grain elevators, feed mills, residential and equipment.
