Bid Process:

  • Prospects can submit a Round 1 bid  at anytime, however, final bids are due by October 1st, 2024, at 5 PM CST. Ask the agent for an offer form.
  • Equipment is being sold “as-is” and “where-is.”

Seller Options:

  • Accept one offer.
  • Negotiate with one offer.
  • Request multiple bidders to provide their highest and final Round 2 offer by October 2nd, 2024, at 10 AM.
  • Reject all offers and retain ownership.

Seller reserves the right to accept any offer at any time.

Terms:

Buyer(s) will sign a Purchase Agreement and must be prepared for cash settlement of the purchase at the time of closing. All items are free of liens, with clear titles provided.

Closing:

Ideally, the transaction will close within 30 days following the acceptance of the final offer.

Conditions:

Buyer(s) have inspected the equipment and understand they are purchasing the property “as-is, where-is.” Any post-closing expenses are the sole responsibility of the Buyer(s).
