• Tract 2 – 60 acres m/l; 60.0 tillable acres m/l with a tillable CSR2 of 78.2 – SOLD!
• Tract 3 – 85 acres m/l; 43.97 tillable acres m/l with a tillable CSR2 of 80.5 – RESERVE NOT MET

The farmland will be offered as three tracts on a 275 acres more or less basis.

• Tract 1 & 2 – Absolute, No-Reserve Auction Procedure
• Tract 3 – Seller has the right to refuse any and all bids

Bids are due by Thursday, March 31, 2022. A $50,000 cashier’s check needs to be submitted with the bid. Top four bidders per tract will be invited to a bid-off on April 1, 2022 with location to be provided to bidders.
